We offer flavor over heat. We use all natural ingredients to craft our sauces and pay extra special attention to creating a well balanced flavor profile. You’ll taste a bit of tang from high quality vinegars, varying degrees of warmth from different peppers, and unique combinations of spices and other natural ingredients that work with the peppers. There’s a lot more going on here than just vinegar and heat!

We don’t use any extracts in our sauces, so expect the heat to be relative to the primary pepper used in the sauce! We have sauces that showcase Jalepeños, Serranos, Habañeros, and even Ghost pepper! There’s a heat level for everyone!
