Introducing Sauce Labs: Micro Batches with Mega Flavor
We’ve been itching to experiment more—to follow flavor wherever it leads, without worrying about scaling to hundreds of gallons or finding perfect consistency every time.
That’s why we’re launching Sauce Labs, a new line of small, limited-batch sauces that embrace constraints—whether that means seasonal ingredients, tricky textures, or totally uncharted territory.
These micro batches give us the freedom to play, taste, and learn in public. And if you fall in love with one of them? Let us know. Your feedback might just help it graduate into a full-scale release.
For now, these experiments will be available only locally—but who knows where the next batch might go?
We’re kicking things off with Sauce Labs #1: Maple & Black Garlic Sriracha.
Sriracha was one of the first hot sauces I ever loved, and this version is our nod to that classic—with clean ingredients, a rich maple sweetness, and a deep savory twist from black garlic. Try it on pizza, noodles, eggs—pretty much anything—and look out for our next release. You’re not going to want to miss these micro batches with mega flavor.
