Refund policy

Damaged, leaked, or wrong order. Glass travels, and sometimes it loses. If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, or you got the wrong sauce, email jacob@waywardpepper.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I'll send a replacement or refund it, your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Unopened bottles. Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email me first and I'll send return instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the mistake was mine.

Opened bottles. Because it's food, I can't accept returns on opened bottles. If something seems off with a sauce, email me anyway. I want to know, and I'll make it right.

Gift cards and sale items are final sale.

Refunds. Once a return arrives (or a damage claim is approved), I'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
