Shipping policy

Where I ship. Most sauces ship anywhere in the United States. A few small-batch sauces can only ship to Oklahoma addresses, because Oklahoma law limits where they can be sold. Those product pages say so. If your cart has one and you're outside Oklahoma, checkout will let you know.

Processing time. Most orders ship the next business day, and always within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a tracking email when your order is on its way.

Rates. Oklahoma orders: $6 for orders up to 1 lb, $8 for orders between 1 and 5 lb. Everywhere else: UPS rates calculated at checkout. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within a week of shipping.

Damaged or lost packages. Email jacob@waywardpepper.co within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost package) and I'll replace or refund it.

Address check. Please double check your address at checkout. Once a package ships, I can't reroute it.
